Notable Clients of The Kitchens Group. Cutting Edge Research Methods Development Resistance Index® -- Working with a number of land conservation efforts and companies that would like to build new commercial developments, Jim Kitchens created the Development Resistance Index to test how open citizens would be to a proposed new commercial development. This method has been used to advise Lowes Home Improvement Stores and other commercial clients regarding the public's perception of a proposed development. The study of the reliability and validity of this index was published in the North American Journal of Psychology. Knet surveys a valid Internet survey methodology -- Working with one of the largest list brokers in the world, The Kitchens Group has access to more than 20 million email addresses attached to individual’s name, phone number, address, census data, and many other demographics from public records. This information allows The Kitchens Group to attract the target audience to a website hosting a Knet survey. A computer model of the population is applied to the data in order to insure the survey results are representative of the actual population being examined. The Knet methodology has been reviewed by social scientists from the University of Kansas, The University of Alabama- Birmingham, Purdue University, and Arizona State University. All the academicians confirmed the methodology is as sound as any other public survey research methodology such as telephone surveys, mall intercepts, or automated robo calling surveys. |
